Thanks to everyone who came to the gallery opening on October 3rd. It was a fun evening, and I can't say how much I appreciate all the support. I ended up doing more than one torch demonstration - the kids who were there seemed to find it especially fascinating (I really should have added a 'Don't try this at home, kids' disclaimer!).

The show will be up all month at Silverthorne Gallery, and I'll also be teaching an introductory lampwork class at Grand River Beads (the other half of the shop) on October 18. You can check out class details here.

I have two more shows planned for November. One is November 16, stay tuned for details! The other show is on November 25. The Solon Early Childhood PTA is holding their annual Holiday Shopping Spree, and I'll have a table there at the Solon Community Center. The show starts at 7:30. Both of these shows will have a wider range of items than the gallery show, priced from $5 and up.

It's going to be an exciting fall!
