Some weeks are full of it. This week I received my newsletter from the sewer district about their P.U.P. (Pick Up Poop) Campaign (“Because Dogs Can’t Flush”), about the importance of picking up after your dog – no question about that. On my way out the door yesterday I spotted this in the birdbath and whipped out the camera phone – it’s a parakeet!
